The deal,in plain words
there matches people into small groups and finds them somewhere to work. This page says what we owe you and what we do not. Nothing here takes away a right the law gives you as a consumer.

What there does
We put you in a small group of people who share your vibe and are working on something like what you are working on, and we find that group somewhere to work: a coworking, or somewhere more interesting that a regular person opens up for the morning. Around the work we plan the rest — breathwork, a walk, lunch at one table, a talk, a supper.
The first round starts in October. Trying it is free. After that, membership starts at €99.99 a month depending on how many days and which places, and we agree the exact price with you before you pay anything.
What signing up means
Leaving your number tells us to contact you about the October round. It is not an account, not a subscription and not a payment, and you can stop it at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.
Tell us the truth in the form. We match people on what they say about themselves, so an invented answer wastes somebody else's morning as well as yours.
What we promise, and what we do not
We promise to do our best to put you with people you will be glad to have met, and to tell you where and when before it happens.
We cannot promise a particular person, a particular place or a particular day. Groups change, people drop out, and a space can fall through. If that happens we will tell you and sort out something else.
The places
Some are coworkings and some are somebody's farm, studio, café or garden. We do not own them and we do not run them. They set their own house rules, and while you are there you are their guest: leave it as you found it, and do what the person whose place it is asks.
Anything that goes wrong at a place — your things, your safety, the wifi — is between you and whoever runs it, though we want to hear about it and we will help.
Paying
When a membership starts, payments run through Stripe. We never see your card. Prices are inclusive of VAT where VAT applies.
You can stop a membership at the end of a paid month; tell us before it renews. Where you have a right to withdraw from a contract agreed at a distance, you have fourteen days, and you lose it once you have asked us to start and the service has been performed in full.
If we cancel something you have paid for and cannot replace it, you get that part of your money back.
Behaving
Be decent to the people you are put with and to whoever is hosting. No harassment, no pressure selling, no recruiting the room for something else.
We can end a membership, refuse a signup or remove somebody from a group for breaking that, and we will say why.
If you are a partner
Coworkings, spaces and people sharing a skill get separate written terms before anything starts. The partner page is an invitation to talk, not a contract, and nothing there is agreed until both of us have said so in writing.
Who is responsible for what
We are responsible for doing what this page says with reasonable care. We are not responsible for what somebody else does at a place we do not run, or for loss we could not reasonably have seen coming.
Nothing here limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by us, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
Law
Portuguese law, and the courts of Lisbon. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law where you live, and you can take a dispute to the Portuguese consumer arbitration system or to the EU's online dispute platform.
Changes and contact
If these change in a way that matters we will say so here and, if you have given us a number, in a message. The date at the top is when they last changed.
